PGA TOUR Superstore Cool Springs

Ordered custom wedges 2.5 months ago. This store screwed up my order and was only identified after I came in to check the status after a month of waiting. Was told they could expedite the order and get it to me in 2 weeks. Checked in multiple times after another 4 weeks to see the status of the order. Was assured they would figure it out with the club maker and call me back. Never heard anything. I would highly advise anyone reading this to order custom clubs somewhere else. They are unorganized and poor with communication. Disappointing experience considering my golf event is in 2 days.

I had an amazing experience at the PGA Superstore! Zack helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process so easy. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The store itself had a great atmosphere—it was clean, well-organized, and everyone was friendly. Thanks to Zack’s help, I left with exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service!

I want to like this place, I really do. The selection and overall environment are top notch. Unfortunately, that’s where things start to fall off. The biggest issue is the lack of product knowledge and customer service. The younger guys working the front often seem completely unaware of what the store even carries. I repair golf clubs and use this location for shafts since they have a solid selection, but many times the staff doesn’t even know they sell them. When they ask for help, the guys in the club repair area often act like it’s an inconvenience just to make a purchase. Because of that, I only come here when I absolutely have to. This past weekend was one of those times. I ordered a shaft online for in-store pickup. I live over an hour away, so I assumed it would be ready when I arrived. It wasn’t. When I asked about it, I was told that since I hadn’t received a notification, there was nothing they could do. The employee at the register asked someone in club repair, and he acted like he had no idea about the order. I was essentially told again that without a notification, it wasn’t ready, even though it appeared all that was needed was to walk over and pull the shaft. Aft
